Deep and colorful purple hues. Intense red fruits aromas with notes of spices. Elegant and fresh. The fruits and spices give this wine a nice balance and harmony.
We recommend service at 18º C. A perfect match: Lightly spiced vegetables and tomato based dishes are good matches for this wine: try it with gazpacho or tomato soup.
The grapes are hand-picked, and then fermented in small tanks which we pumped over several times a day.
