Light yellow with green notes. Fresh white fruits and subtle aromas of liquorice. Fresh and balanced finish with a delicious and charming note of sugar.
We recommend service at 8º C. A perfect match: Works well with grilled fish, as well as with spicy grilled chicken and plain grilled veal chops.
The grapes are hand-picked, and then fermented in small tanks which we pumped over several times a day.
