Description
Intense red color with a bright purple hue. Its bouquet opens with a basket of red fruits like raspberry and strawberry with notes of spices and peppermint. Well structured, this wine is balance and harmony.
We recommend service at 18º C. A perfect match: Dishes like grilled portobello mushrooms or roasted duck work well with this wine.
The grapes are hand-picked, and then fermented in small tanks which we pumped over several times a day.
