Ruby red with purple reflections. Vinous, fresh, harmonious, with fruit scents and forest fruit notes. Dry and tasty with a delicate almond nuance. Elegant finish rich in sweet tannins.
It is a wine that goes well with vegetable-based starters, delicate first courses, light main courses and light side dishes.
Sustainably grown and hand harvested by mid September. Grapes undergo quick crushing to preserve freshness then traditional skin contact for 12-14 days in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation for roundness. Bottled without filtration and aged in the cellar for a few months before release.
