

It has very rich and meaty aromas followed by chocolate and mocha overtones and hints of tarragon and dried herbs. It has a good balance and the tannin, while hefty, is well integrated with the rest of the wine’s components.
Our suggestion for a food match is grilled beef, but you can’t go wrong with any red meat.
Hand-picked grapes, fermented in small tanks which we pumped over several times a day. Oaked for six months in 500lt barrels (50% French Oak, 50% American Oak).
