Columbia Valley, located in the south-east of Washington, is one of largest official wine regions of the United States. Grapes have been grown in the area since the 1860s, and has expanded over time.
Light yellow with green notes. Citrus, wet grass and green apple are what you first encounter when you approach this wine. Clean fresh acidity with lingering tangerine notes make for a very enjoyable finish.
This Sauvignon Blanc works well with green herbs. We recommend you serve it with dishes like spinach enchiladas or homemade veggie pizza.
